Right to Return and Refund
Return Approval: Products may be returned within 48 hours from the moment you receive them.
Condition of the Product: Returned items must be: – unused – undamaged – unwashed – free from chemicals, detergents, stains, or any ink marks (including pen marks)
Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, accessories, dust bags, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and kept intact.
Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Eligibility: A refund will only be issued for items that comply with our Return and Refund Policy and successfully pass our Quality Control inspection.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment used at checkout. Eligible returned items will be shipped back to the original delivery address, following our internal procedures.

Non-Refundable Items and Charges
Shipping & Taxes: Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties and any other charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Products: Gift cards and discounted/sale items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
Notification Period: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at info@lamoderetrouvee.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photos and a description of the issue. Returns submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Condition Requirements: The product must be returned exactly as received, without any damage to the item or its packaging (including cardboard box, product box, dust bag, protective materials, labels, etc.). Please unbox the item carefully to ensure it can be returned in perfect condition if needed.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags and packaging components must be included and undamaged.
Refund Coverage: For items confirmed as defective or incorrect, a full refund will be issued, including shipping charges. For multi-item orders, only the defective item and its associated shipping cost will be refunded.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund Processing After Cancellation: If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed within 25 business days after cancellation approval. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
